Returns
If you wish to return a hardware item or arrange for a repair or replacement, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
We will guide you through the return and complaint process.
Return period
Subject to the exceptions below, products ordered via our online store, by e-mail or by telephone can be returned within 10 working days.
The return period applies from the date of dispatch. We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories.
The following products are excluded from the right of return: All electronic licenses (non-hardware products).
Return costs
We will not cover the return costs unless Sharetek is at fault.
Warranty
We grant a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery of the hardware devices.
If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we will organize the return shipment and repair or replace the device and send it back to you.
We offer optional warranty extensions of +1 year (total 3 years) and +3 years (total 5 years) for a fee.
