Payment by invoice

By default, all our invoices are sent by e-mail. 
If you wish, you can enter a separate invoice e-mail address under remarks during the order process. 
The billing address can be different from the delivery address. This allowes for delivery directly to the end customer if required (we never enclose the invoice with the shipment).

Delivery of licenses

You do not need to do anything else after the purchase for the delivery and receipt of the ordered licenses (no download necessary).
The licenses will be sent directly to your end customer's license inbox in the Nodeark Ecosystem within 24 hours of ordering.
Please enter the name, customer ID and VLP code of the corresponding end customer in the comments section of each order (see example below).

Hardware delivery

The shipment of hardware products is made directly from Nodeark's main warehouse in Sweden and is free of charge. 
As soon as your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so that you can track your shipment online. 
The delivery time from the order date is 3-5 working days.
